Job description

Our client is looking for a committed Facilities Executive to join the team in Tuas. You’ll play a key role in ensuring warehouse facilities run smoothly and safely, coordinating daily maintenance tasks, contractors, and improvement works. Job Info:

  • Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB
  • Monday - Friday; Office Hours
  • Tuas (Two-way company transport pick up at Boon Lay MRT)
  • Warehouse environment

Job Scopes:

  • Maintain buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and manage repairs or improvements.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to meet standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations; support audits.
  • Plan office space setups, seating, and minor renovations.
  • Oversee inventories of cleaning supplies, tools, safety gear, and spare parts.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of facility equipment.
  • Handle facility issues and emergencies promptly to minimise disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documents.
  • Plan and manage preventive and routine maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with budgeting and expenditure monitoring for facility operations.
  • Supervise outsourced staff (cleaners, security, contractors).
  • Support emergency preparedness (fire drills, evacuations, continuity measures).
  • Conduct safety briefings and new staff orientations.
  • Administer security access systems, surveillance, and alarms.
  • Implement sustainability measures for energy savings and waste reduction.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or professional certification in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management.
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
