Job description

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations and electrical systems of the property to ensure optimal performance.

· Provide support for property maintenance, specifically focusing on electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive measures.

· Address tenant concerns related to electrical issues, complaints, and inquiries promptly.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and building standards, conducting regular inspections of electrical systems.

· Assist in preparing detailed reports on electrical system performance and maintenance activities.

· Collaborate with contractors to manage electrical maintenance, including scheduled inspections, repairs, and upgrades.

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma or Degree in Building, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

· At least 3 years of practical experience in property and building maintenance.

· Proficient in basic electrical tasks and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems.

· Knowledgeable in interpreting electrical diagrams

· Experienced in managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A (Alteration & Addition) works.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.

· A proactive team player with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and finding solutions.
