Job summary

WAH LOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operation, maintenance and performance of critical facilities, including data centres and airport infrastructure.

You will drive reliability, safety, compliance, and service delivery while pursuing continuous improvement. You will manage a team of facilities professionals, oversee maintenance planning, manage client relationships, ensure SLAs, and contribute to business development within airport and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years' experience in facilities management or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with data centre and/or airport facilities operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of facilities managers and engineers to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of critical facilities.
• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage customer relationships and act as the primary contact for facility-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements and process optimisation.
• Review incidents, maintenance performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership in project planning and delivery for maintenance, upgrading, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, vendor performance, and resource utilisation.
• Develop competency and technical capability of the facilities team.
• Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities and preparing proposals for airport and data centre sectors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and partners.
