Job summary

WSA, a leading hearing aids and health services provider, is seeking a Facilities Engineer to ensure safe, reliable and sustainable operating conditions across manufacturing and office sites. You will monitor systems, drive energy initiatives and lead projects with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or FM and at least 3 years in facility engineering, preferably in manufacturing. Singapore-based, onsite, with focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or facility management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in facility engineering, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and utility systems.
• Experience with facility projects, contractor coordination and project handover documentation.
• Understanding of Singapore environmental, energy and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility systems and utilities, ensuring reliable operation through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot facility breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve uptime.
• Optimize building management systems and identify opportunities for automation and predictive maintenance.
• Manage facility projects including scope development, contractor coordination, testing, commissioning and documentation.
• Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives through utility monitoring and performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders while supporting compliance, audits, inspections and facility documentation.
