Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of the fault reporting centre

  • Investigate, analyse and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.

  • Liaise with contractors for rectification and/or ad-hoc works.

  • Manage and assign Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance Work order (PM)

  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.

  • Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.

  • Prepare technical reports and proposals on breakdowns

  • Provide training and guidance to the staff

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering/Facility Management

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Good communication skills, positive mindset

  • Hardworking and able to multi-task

  • Customer service-oriented mindset

  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
