Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of the fault reporting centre
Investigate, analyse and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
Liaise with contractors for rectification and/or ad-hoc works.
Manage and assign Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance Work order (PM)
Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
Prepare technical reports and proposals on breakdowns
Provide training and guidance to the staff
Requirements
Degree in Engineering/Facility Management
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills, positive mindset
Hardworking and able to multi-task
Customer service-oriented mindset
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
