Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Engineer (Electrical). Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of BCA Greenmark and GreenGov.SG requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers in all project phases.
• Participate in design planning, interface, and technical meetings.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

?Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers in all project phases
• Participate in design planning, interface, and technical meetings
• Review and provide input on consultants’ technical and design proposals with focus on Electrical systems
• Stay updated on FM innovations (e.g., automation, robotics) relevant to healthcare
• Support broader Group FM initiatives when needed
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

?Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power / Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Electrical installation works is a plus
• Prior healthcare industry experience ishighly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive under pressure and handle ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge ofBCA GreenmarkandGreenGov.SGrequirements is an advantage
