Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a structured Facilities Engineer to manage uptime, maintenance, and safety of our aerospace MRO facility at Gul Circle. You will oversee critical workshop infrastructure, enforce safety practices, and ensure compliance with aviation facility standards.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise contractors, manage utilities and energy use, and support budgeting, capital upgrades, and safety coordination under WSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience: 2–4 years in facilities engineering, preferably aerospace/heavy manufacturing.
• WSH exposure: knowledge of local WSH regulations and risk assessments.
• Technical: read engineering drawings; familiar with hangar/workshop utilities.

Responsibilities

• MRO facilities & utility operations: oversee daily operations of critical infrastructure and energy consumption.
• Project management & capital upgrades: lead upgrading projects from conception to handover, manage timelines.
• Budgeting & financial control: assist in planning and monitoring OPEX/CAPEX budgets and vendor invoices.
• Light Safety & WSH coordination: enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, review risk assessments, issue PTWs.
• Compliance & documentation: maintain auditable records and ensure environmental and safety guidelines.
