Job Responsibilities

• Oversee ACMV/HVAC system operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring thermal comfort and safety compliance.
• Supervise technical teams and contractors, review completed works, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, reports, and system efficiency improvement initiatives, including energy conservation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment/system issues and execute corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support installation, modification, and project works.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering (Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• At least 2 years’ experience in ACMV or related works.
• Knowledge of building systems, regulations, health and safety standards, and project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills; Facilities Management Certification (CMF) is an advantage.
