Responsibilities:

1. Provides site management services including janitorial services, cafeteria services, security services, and space management in support of business plan within budgetary, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
2. Maintains documentation, Work Instruction, and floor plans associated with the facility.
3. Schedules and coordinates all maintenance activities in facilities.
4. Participates and supports the FDA, ISO 13485, 14001, 9001, and 45001 Certification and Regulatory Audit processes.
5. Performs regulatory submissions and maintains licenses and certifications.
6. Ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO requirements, housekeeping, environmental, and safety standards.
7. Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed.
8. Provides technician support to assist with plant utility problems.
9. Supports meeting room furniture arrangements.
10. Other responsibilities may be assigned; not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
