Key Responsibilities
Assist in the operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities with a focus on learning and continuous improvement
Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and propose solutions with guidance from senior team members
Work closely with vendors and contractors to coordinate routine works and projects
Participate in improvement initiatives that enhance safety, energy efficiency, and user comfort
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
