Job description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee plant upgrading and expansion projects. This role focuses on ensuring timely completion within budgetary limits while upholding regulatory and technical compliance.

The position involves overseeing a team to perform maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage plant upgrading and expansion projects to meet schedules and budget constraints while adhering to regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in performing preventive and repair maintenance, as well as building and grounds services to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Monitor utility capacity utilization and plan for future expansions to meet growing utilities and facility needs.
  • Drive departmental goals and ensure that critical systems conform to regulatory standards, specifications, and SOPs.
  • Implement and drive lean energy programs for improved energy efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Facility Engineering or Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Expertise in compressed air systems, clean room systems, air condition systems, or other plant facilities equipment maintenance.
  • Operating knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
