Job summary
AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Facilities Director to lead the facilities organization for a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing operation in Singapore.
You will drive reliability, infrastructure strategy and major CAPEX initiatives to support high uptime and safe operations. You will partner with Fab Operations, Process Engineering, EHS and Finance to ensure facilities capabilities meet demanding production targets while delivering energy efficiency and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 15+ years in engineering and facilities, with semiconductor or high-reliability exposure.
- Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and major infra projects.
- Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities org including engineering, maintenance, utilities for a 24/7 fab.
- Develop long-term facilities strategy and infrastructure roadmap.
- Oversee CAPEX/infrastructure projects from design to handover.
- Drive reliability, maintenance programs, and business continuity.
- Partner with operations, EHS, QA, and finance to align with targets.
- Advance energy efficiency and sustainability across facilities.
