Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance teams across group companies in Singapore. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while working with the Purchasing Department on procurement.

You will also drive the use of the Maintenance AI Dashboard for reporting, align activities with production priorities, and lead continuous cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety and EHS policies.
• Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams across the Group's companies.
• Assign and prioritise maintenance work according to operational requirements.
• Assign, coordinate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance jobs in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
• Monitor the progress and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor team performance and work quality, and report significant issues to Management.
• Liaise with Production and Cleanroom Leads on production-related maintenance requirements and equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with production priorities.
• Supervise the maintenance teams in carrying out equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance works.
• Consolidate maintenance information from the maintenance teams for reporting purposes.
• Oversee and be responsible for the use of the completed Maintenance AI Dashboard for maintenance monitoring and reporting

About the role

This role involves supervising and coordinating maintenance teams across the Group's companies. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules, monitor team performance, coordinate with production teams on equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee maintenance reporting through an AI Dashboard, manage procurement with the Purchasing Department, and drive cost control initiatives.

About you

• Maintain Work At Height (WAH) and Hot Work (HW) procedure

• Maintain regulatory compliance for equipment such as pressure vessels, compressors, forklift, hoist and etc.

• Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements

• Ensure that maintenance personnel observe safe work practices and use the required personal protective equipment
