About the role

As a Facilities Coordinator (Soft Service Lead), you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at our Raffles Place office in the Central Region. This full-time role is at the heart of our hospitality operations, where you will lead a team of front-of-house professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Relations

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing Sodexo professionally.

    • Address client issues promptly with collaborative solutions.

    • Provide relief coverage for front-of-house/client service teams as needed.

    Financial Management

    • Manage account within budget and prepare timely, accurate financial reports.

    • Monitor and control food, labor, and contractor costs to optimize expenses.

    Administration

    • Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, and Responsible Service of standards.

    • Handle procurement, stock control, employee records, and staffing rosters efficiently.

    Human Resource Management

    • Foster a positive team environment and lead by example.

    • Manage recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations following company policies.

    • Support career development through coaching and training opportunities.

    Operational Management

    • Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, vendors and clients.

    • Deliver high-quality services using available resources and implement service standards.

    • Lead food and service quality initiatives.

    What we are looking for

    • 3-5 years in facilities or hospitality operations, with corporate exposure.

    • Client-focused, proactive, and collaborative with proven positive client feedback.

    • Strong knowledge of WHS, hygiene, EEO, and employee relations compliance.
