What you will be doing

  • Co-ordinate and work closely with Housekeepers in setting up daily activity according to Event Calendar and ad-hoc events set-up at Club as per Activity Instructions issued.

  • Report to Housekeepers on all irregularity issues pertaining to housekeeping, facilities and its operation and recommend for its improving work.

  • Carry out events setup operations for all bookings, functions, activities, pool tournament / meets and ad-hoc event as per Activity Instructions.

  • Ensure that all Club’s property including furniture and fixture, equipment and etc kept by facilities attendant are in good and serviceable condition.

  • Set-up for all Club events and activities according to booking schedules and Activities Instructions.

  • shifting and removing of furniture and fixtures, equipment, potted plants and etc as and when requested by the Club.

  • Removal and disposal of approved unwanted items in the Club.

  • Support decoration set-up for all festive seasons and events as requested by the Club and be responsible to remove and store the deco items once the festive season or event is over.

  • Ensure that the daily work performed is compliance with the safety and Club’s rules and regulations.

  • Be crossed trained to undertake locker attendant duties during their lull periods.

  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department/Immediate Superior from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • Preferably GCE N/O Levels (or equivalent) or ITE Nitec in Services Management/Hospitality Operations

  • Team player with basic communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to manage physically demanding tasks for Club events and operations;

  • 5.5 days work week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
