Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support a team of technical officers and Manager to oversee day to day facilities operations in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract.
2. Responsible for clerical duties, includes manning FM helpdesk / service hotline during office hours.
3. Responsible for use of FMS/CMMS software to input operational details relating to / arising from hotline calls, maintenance/servicing, inspection services and other matters such as scheduling of routine servicing, incidents, ad-hoc works, etc.
4. Responsible to track, update and input asset information, details relating to utilities records, certification, licensing status of systems / equipment, changes in systems/equipment details, and update into FMS/CMMS software.
5. Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenances are performed on time.
Required Qualifications
1. Candidate with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience in an administrative/clerical role for facilities management, operations, or asset management.
2. Minimally Diploma in any discipline.
3. Good knowledge in office administrative, filing procedures and filing management works.
4. Able to multi-task, remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in using FMS/CMMS software preferred.
