A leading recruitment platform in Singapore is seeking a Facilities and Mailroom Associate to handle mail distribution, facility maintenance, and support office activities. Candidates should have a minimum diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly after hours as needed.
Sort and distribute all inbound and outbound mail, manage courier pickups, and maintain mail logs and supplies.
Ensure office facilities are well-stocked with consumables and perform daily inspections for equipment and lighting issues.
Conduct first-level troubleshooting and coordinate repairs with facility management and service providers.
Maintain office cleanliness, assist with fire drills, system shutdowns, and coordinate building inspections.
Support renovation works and contractor management.
Support logistics for company events and coordinate visits for VIP guests.
Collaborate on office renovations, relocations, and workspace rearrangements.
Escort service teams during maintenance and perform minor in-house repairs.
Handle errands and other ad-hoc duties as needed within the Admin & Facility Management team.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English, familiar with franking machines and SingPost requirements.
Responsible, punctual, proactive, and reliable with a strong can-do attitude.
Positive and eager to learn when handling new tasks and challenges.
Flexible to provide support after office hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
