Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role that involves managing booking requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing customer support. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in facility booking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate booking requests from organisations.
  • Allocate facilities based on stakeholder priorities.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve booking conflicts.
  • Track compliance with booking terms and collect payments.
  • Maintain booking records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare reports and presentation slides for approvals.
  • Support user testing and admin tasks on the booking system.
  • Maintain SOPs for booking processes.
  • Manage the team’s email inbox and respond promptly.
  • Handle quotations, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6.30pm
