About the role

This is a full-time Facilities Administrator (Back of House Lead) role with Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd based in Raffles Place Central Region. As the Back of House Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the building's back-of-house functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee the administrative tasks related to building maintenance, including managing service requests, monitoring work orders, and maintaining relevant records

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as building tenants, service providers, and facility managers, to address any operational issues

  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of facility management policies and procedures

  • Provide support in the preparation of reports, budgets, and other documentation related to facilities management

  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the building's operations

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a facilities management or administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and maintain detailed records and documentation

  • A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
