A leading company in Singapore is seeking an office admin to oversee security clearance requests and manage facilities tasks. The role involves various responsibilities from carrying office equipment to conducting security checks while ensuring compliance. This position requires a diploma, admin or facilities experience, and proficiency in MS tools, offering a salary up to $2,800/month with fixed shifts.
Job Highlights:
Location: Central Singapore
Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts – Opening/Closing Duties Required)
Shift Options: 8:00am–5:30pm / 8:30am–6:00pm / 9:00am–6:30pm / 10:00am–7:30pm
2 -Year Contract (Until Sep 2027)
Salary: Up to $2,800/month | AWS | Performance Bonus

Job Descriptions:
Oversee office access administration and security clearance requests
Perform opening/closing duties and coordinate onboarding/offboarding
Maintain asset register, supplies tracking, and office admin tasks
Conduct security checks, ensure visitor protocols and compliance
Handle incident response: fire drills, intrusions, power failures, and follow-up
Liaise with vendors for facilities issues: aircon, lighting, cleaning
Prepare simple reports and trackers using Excel (e.g., incident logs, equipment records)
Attend building management meetings and supervise service crew
Job requirements:
Singaporean citizen
At least 2–3 years of admin or facilities experience
Comfortable working shifts and doing hands-on operations
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint – able to create basic reports and charts
Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and a service mindset
Friendly and adaptable, works well with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders
Requires regular movement between buildings during working hours.
Involves carrying/moving office equipment or supplies (moderate lifting).
