A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Administrator to ensure smooth operations at various facilities. This role involves coordinating administrative functions, managing purchases and inventory, as well as overseeing financial tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a keen eye for detail to efficiently manage resources and documentation.
The Facilities Administrator reports to the Site Lead and has a dotted-line report to the offsite Facilities Coordinator. Key tasks include:
- Facilities Admin: Coordinate admin functions for facilities management.
- Purchases & Invoices: Handle purchases, quotations, and invoices.
- Courier & Inventory: Manage courier services and spare parts inventory (MRO).
- EAMS & Finance: Use EAMS workflow and track finances for PGS reporting.
- Reports & Rosters: Manage daily attendance, standby rosters, and meeting minutes.
- Transportation: Oversee transportation services.
Required Skills
