The role involves ensuring AC comfort, coordinating maintenance work, and preparing documentation. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC work.
• Must hold CFME Tier 4 certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable limits.
• Support Facilities Manager in resolving building operation issues.
• Plan and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work activities.

Job description

• Up to $4,300 Basic

• Working location: Changi

• Must be CFME Certified Facilities Management Expert Tier 4

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable limts

• Support Facilities Manager to resolve building operation issues

• Preparation of documentation & reports

• Coordinate with contractors for installation & maintenance and ensure work completed are in compliance & safety

• Plan, schedule & supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work activities on ACMV system

Requirement:

• Must be Certified Facilities Management Expert Tier 4

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in ACMV/ HVAC work
