Job description

Key Responsibilities

- Facial Treatments:Deliver professional facial treatments tailored to clients' specific skin types and concerns, including specialized TCM-based therapies.

- Customer Consultation:Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients’ skincare needs and provide expert recommendations on treatments and products.

- Product Knowledge:Educate clients about the spa’s skincare products and services, promoting appropriate solutions to enhance their results.

- Hygiene Standards:Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized.

- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other therapists and the Spa Manager to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences.

- Client Relationships:Foster strong client relationships to build trust, encourage repeat visits, and support long-term customer loyalty.

- Front Desk Assistance:Assist with front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating client records accurately, and following up with clients.

Requirements

- Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facial Therapist (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
• Specialized training in TCM therapies is an advantage.

- Skills:

• Strong understanding of skincare techniques, treatments, and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to professionally handle customer feedback and resolve concerns.

- Personal Attributes:

• Passionate about skincare and delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work one Sunday per month (with off-in-lieu provided).
