Job summary

Redwood Interior Pte in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support façade projects from production through handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

You will monitor schedules, review drawings, assist with shop drawings and method statements, supervise site work and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in façade project coordination, site supervision, installation or QA/QC.
• Good understanding of façade systems, construction methods, drawings and quality standards.
• Familiarity with site inspections, quality control procedures and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating façade projects from production and installation through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on project and site matters.
• Monitor project schedules, production, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues, coordinate corrective actions and follow up on rectification works.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety requirements.
• Coordinate material inspections, testing, defect rectification and project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, progress reports and other relevant records.
• Support project-related activities and other duties as assigned.
