Soitec is seeking a Facilities Senior Manager/Director to lead the end-to-end strategic and operational management of all plant infrastructure, cleanrooms, and high-purity utilities for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The role ensures max uptime, strict EHS compliance, and efficient capital project execution within a 24/7 high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 12+ years of facilities management experience in semiconductor fabs; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of ultra-clean sub-fab distribution, UPW purification, hazardous exhaust abatement, SCADA/BMS, SEMI safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary facilities engineering teams, technicians, and vendors.
• Oversee central plant utilities to ensure continuous uptime for wafer manufacturing.
• Manage CapEx projects, tool hookups, and cleanroom expansions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and sustainability goals.
