Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore is seeking a dynamic software and data specialist to enhance fab operation reports and systems. You will develop using Power BI, VBA, Excel, and maintain the web interface with C# MVC while supporting Oracle databases.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science, 2–3 years in semiconductor fab, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• 2–3 years semiconductor fab manufacturing background preferred
• Experience in Power BI, Excel VBA, Delphi-7, Oracle Database Procedure, Oracle SQL, and C# MVC development is required
• Must have good communication skills
• Proficiency in using LLM models is a plus
• Experience in leading cross-departmental projects is a plus
• Good understanding of Continuous Improvement (5S, 8D, Poka Yoke, etc.) with data-driven methodologies
• Independent contributor and a strong self-starter
• Excellent communication skills with team collaboration competence

Responsibilities

• Develop fab operation reports/systems using Power BI, VBA, and Excel.
• Maintain the fab operation website using C# MVC; web development experience is required.
• Manage the Oracle database with PL/SQL; Oracle Database experience is required.
• Implement new systems and reports with headquarters; liaise with Taiwan counterpart
• Continuously improve fab reports and systems.
• Collaborate with IT/CIM for data access and system optimization.
• Lead productivity and enhancement projects across departments.
• Must be willing to learn and use new technologies to enhance self-development capabilities.
• Proficient in using LLM tools to enhance work efficiency.
