Job summary

Broadcom in Singapore is seeking a Semiconductor Fabrication Operator to perform wafer fabrication tasks. You will operate equipment for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion, calibrate and run process tools, and ensure processes stay within control parameters.

You will work on routine assignments under close supervision, learning company policies and procedures, and contributing to consistent output while sharing information with the team.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

Semiconductor Fabrication Operator: Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment. Determines and/ or follows techniques to trouble-shoot/ implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters.

• Delivers own output under close supervision and guidance
• Solves problems which require knowledge of specific processes and procedures Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
