  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including simultaneous orders.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper banquet setup and cleanliness of function rooms.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

  • Address customer needs, handle complaints, and respond to feedback and inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports related to restaurant operations.
  • Uphold service standards and ensure all operating procedures are followed consistently during business hours.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling simultaneous orders and transitioning between different events.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper banquet setup and maintain cleanliness of function rooms.
  • Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring new team members.
  • Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Hospitality/ Management or any equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in hotel/ F&B industry will be a plus
  • Entry level is welcomed as training provided
