Job Responsibilities
- Work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays based on shift assignment.
- Possess good cashier experience with POS systems.
- Preferably have an IT background or be a quick learner of laptop reporting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Quickly learn to operate different POS software, hardware, and other related systems.
- Perform comprehensive tasks as inventory supply controller and safety personnel, including monitoring HSE and pest control.
- Operate and manage POS system frontend software and train other cashiers.
- Manage POS backend software to monitor inventory stock levels and shortages.
- Order ingredients timely from relevant vegetarian suppliers to prevent stockouts.
- Monitor and update physical inventory and software regarding ingredient flow rates daily.
- Coordinate with vegetarian suppliers and pest control vendors.
- Ensure all HSE pest control and equipment maintenance records are updated regularly.
- Monitor and inform senior management about the condition of kitchen equipment, fridges, and touchscreen hardware/software.
- Communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese vegetarian customers.
- Manage staff attendance, medical leaves, and maintain necessary records.
- Report cash flow and inventory statistics to the Singaporean Senior Manager/Director.
