A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking both a Service Supervisor and Service Crew to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include food preparation, customer service, and maintaining hygiene standards. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food and service, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Job Highlights:
Location:Mapletree Business City (Walking distance to Labrador Park MRT station)
Working Days:5 days / week (Office Hour)
Working Hours:Rotating 10 hours/shift
Job responsibilities:
Service Supervisor:
Handle daily food preparation, production, and presentation to meet quality standards.
Monitor raw and cooked food quality; estimate daily production needs.
Supervise and support kitchen staff; encourage adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage, temperature, and preservation standards.
Assist with monthly inventory checks, stock tracking, and replenishment.
Service Crew:
Prepare and cook food items following standard procedures.
Set up kitchen stations and work independently during preparation hours.
Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food, handle payments, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Job Requirements:
Willing to work different hours, shifts, and occasional overtime.
Friendly, positive, and focused on providing good service.
Experience in F&B (Japanese or Western food) is a plus.
Must have a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
