Job summary

Treetops Executive Residences in Singapore’s Orchard Central Region is seeking a friendly and attentive full-time Waiter to join our hospitality team. You will support breakfast and lunch service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, answering calls for reservations or to-go orders, maintaining hygiene standards, serving tables, and assisting with breakfast preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Primary/Secondary/O-Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh trainees who have completed their internship are welcome to apply.
• Strong passion for customer service.
• Able to work breakfast and lunch shifts only.

About the role

(Breakfast & Lunch Shift)

Job Description:

• Prepare dining area setup for meal periods.
• Answer phone calls to take reservations or to-go orders, and greet, seat, and thank guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Perform breakfast preparation duties, including preparing cereals, and other related breakfast tasks.
• Take orders, serve patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level qualification in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Fresh trainees who have completed their internship are welcome to apply.
• Strong passion for customer service.
• Able to work breakfast and lunch shifts only.
