Job description

We are hiring friendly and motivated F&B Crew Members. Whether you're looking for a full-time role, part-time hours, or internship experience, we offer a supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Candidates should have at least 1 year of prior experience in a café, coffee shop or restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter and dining area.
• Take orders, operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and light food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including dining area and service counters.
• Assist with restocking, food prep, and opening/closing duties.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations and work closely with the team.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards (in line with NEA regulations).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.
• Outgoing, responsible and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts if needed.
• Strong team player who can handle busy periods calmly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
• Familiar with basic barista skills or kitchen prep
• Comfortable using POS and order systems

Pay Range:

• Full-Time: SGD 1,900 – 2,400/month
• Part-Time: SGD 10-15/hour
• Internship: SGD 800 – 1,000/month
