About the role

We are seeking a Full-time F&B Service Crew to join our dynamic team at Infinity Tea Pte Ltd in the Kovan North-East Region. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage shop.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking orders, crafting and serving beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations

• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed

• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints

• Supporting the overall operations of our beverage shop as needed

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a beverage shop or cafe setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the beverage shop

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
