Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
• Monday to Sunday: Afternoon and Evening shifts

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required

Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,500 per month

Job Scope

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure a pleasant experience. Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining high standards.

Product Knowledge and Upselling: Use training to upsell menu items and promote specials. Clearly explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients, and accommodate dietary requirements.

Service Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and proper presentation. Check on customers' satisfaction and resolve issues, escalating to the Outlet Manager if needed.

Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages according to standards safely and efficiently, ensuring quality.

Order Management: Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and credit payments, and provide itemized bills and correct change.

Outlet Maintenance: Keep service areas stocked and maintain cleanliness standards, including sweeping, mopping, tidying, and cleaning bathrooms.

Health & Safety Compliance: Follow company health and safety policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English.

• Passion for customer service.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
