Service Crew


Introduction:

The dining area provides an inviting atmosphere enhanced by an open kitchen layout that allows guests to witness the culinary artistry. With the exceptional service from our team delivering impeccable dining experience with personalised attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

  • Industry / Organization Type: Food & Beverage
  • Working Location: Central Area at Neil Road
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday)
  • Basic Salary from $2500 - $2800

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Relations:

  • Greet and interact with guests, responding to guest feedback & resolve customer complaints

Service Standards:

  • Maintain high service standards, adhering to establishment's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular service checks to ensure quality.

Communication:

  • Liaise between front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Communicate menu changes, promotions, and events.

Operations:


  • Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating.
  • Monitor dining area cleanliness and ambience
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, billing, and payment processing.

**Social Media: (Advantage)

Assisting Restaurant Manager on social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook). Posting of menu and events and responding to online customer inquiries and reviews


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
