Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
Prepare setups for tables and/or rooms.
Communicate to your supervisor any difficulties, guest comments, and other relevant information.
Attend and participate in scheduled training sessions.
Maintain impeccable grooming standards in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards.
Ensure outlet equipment is clean, polished, sorted, and stored properly.
Converse with guests about wine, advising on types and styles, taking wine orders, and serving wine.
Take and process food orders accurately.
Serve coffee and tea hot and according to standards.
Clean and reset working areas quickly.
