Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Description
Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Boardwalk Entrance from 0800hrs to 1200hrs daily.
Actively approach guests and inform them about the available breakfast and meal options at the Singapore Zoo Entrance.
Provide directional and operating hours information to the guests.
Ensure a welcoming and helpful atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N/O' Level
Excellent communication skills
Service-driven positive attitude with an outgoing personality
Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests
