Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in service roles in F&B.
• For Senior Servers, minimum 1 year experience as server required.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned station and keep outlet clean.

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and clear tables after customers leave.

Job description

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor. Assisting the managers in running outlet operations.

JOBSCOPE

• Handles station assigned for the day.
• Keeps outlet clean and tidy.
• Serves customers with friendly and uncompromising service. Practice good etiquette.
• Be attentive to customers’ needs.
• Practise suggestive selling.
• Checks that customers’ orders are being fulfilled correctly.
• Ensures all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the customer has left the restaurant.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Educational Qualifications

GCE N Level or ITE Diploma (F&B Management/Services)

Professional Experience

Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience in service roles in F&B industry. For Senior Servers, a minimum of 1 year experience as server is required.
