The Scope:
As the F&B Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant, bar, and event sales, crafting unique experiences for our guests while maximizing revenue. From corporate events and social celebrations to high-profile dining experiences, you’ll make QT Singapore the go-to destination for unforgettable moments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily involved in Sales & Business Development
- Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets for F&B events and catering sales.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for restaurants, bars, and private events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
- Handle client inquiries with 24 hrs turnaround time, conduct site visits, and manage negotiations to maximize revenue while ensuring seamless event execution.
- Conduct daily telemarketing calls or sales calls to solicit for leads and generate new enquiries for the hotel.
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, activations, and exclusive collaborations.
- Provide creative solutions to enhance event experiences, from menu curation to unique venue setups.
- Promote Event & Catering Sales.
- Lead the sales process for private dining, corporate functions, social events, and weddings.
- Negotiate contracts and manage event logistics from inquiry to completion.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand business opportunities.
- Develop repeat business through personalized engagement and exceptional service.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly.
- Manage Revenue & Reporting.
- Work with the team to develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure the accuracy of bookings, event requirements, and restaurant event orders at all times.
- Timely in responding to enquiries from various platforms.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Relevant experience for at least 4 years in a similar capacity as a F&B Sales Manager
