Be a storyteller and attract the best in class resources to the organization
Research and create an external database of qualified candidates for all levels of positions proactively
Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and creative ways on attracting talents
Take ownership of conducting market mapping across the region; study other players' hiring strategies, practices and candidates pool.
Engage in full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talents
Carry out administrative tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-2 years of HR / Recruitment experience, preferably in retail, F&B or hospitality industry.
Extensive knowledge of the F&B landscape; passion in fashion is a plus
Ability to interact with all levels of people
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.
Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships with different parties
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using data to tell a story
