Plan and execute innovative campaigns (monthly product or partnership cycles) to attract foot traffic and increase sales.
Oversee in-store marketing strategies, merchandising initiatives, and outlet-specific promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
Develop clear and detailed campaign briefs to guide consistent brand presentation across retail locations.
Manage relationships with external creative partners, offering strategic input and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Review campaign results and apply insights to refine future initiatives.
Monitor cultural and market trends to develop timely, relevant marketing responses.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant field
3 years of hands-on marketing experience in F&B/FMCG/ Retail
Strong background in juggling multiple marketing campaigns under tight timelines
Familiarity with seasonal launches and promotional campaign management
Agency management skills and developing creative briefs
Analytical and data-informed approach to campaign performance and optimization
Results-oriented mindset with strategic creativity
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
