We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive, Retail & Leasing to support the Head of Business Development in driving the company’s overall growth and profitability. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic expansion plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values (MVV). The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the long-term success of a fast-growing F&B brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and evaluate new retail leasing opportunities within the food and beverage (F&B) sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, landlords, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present detailed business proposals and leasing agreements
  • Negotiate lease terms and coordinate the leasing process from start to finish
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to identify new business prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote leasing opportunities and support tenant onboarding
  • Continually monitor and report on the performance of the leased portfolio

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a business development or leasing role within the F&B or retail industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with the commercial leasing process, including the preparation of proposals and agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
  • A keen interest in the F&B sectors, and a passion for driving business growth
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
