• Take and serve food & beverage orders, set up tables, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Oversee multiple stations, manage roster/shift scheduling, and ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues.
• Support hiring, training, and supervising junior staff.
• Assist with events, stock checks, and restaurant administration duties.
