New F&B Chinese Restaurant Chain is now hiring

Job Summary

  • Source and ensure pricing approved for all restaurants and Central Kitchen related materials
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts
  • To work closely with all suppliers for pricings and samples testing
  • Ensure sufficient goods for retail operations
  • Manage and track stock available for restaurants operations
  • Maintain proper records for procurement matters
  • Ensure goods are packed in good and acceptable conditions
  • Maintain professional relationship with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Anaylse procurement costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize spending.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance to management or as and when required by the management

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the F&B or Central Kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cost management principles.
  • Detailed oriented, has ability to work in fast paced environment
