Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Pre- and Post-Sales Technology Consultant to support our sales cycle from initial client engagement through solution deployment and ongoing support. The role involves understanding client needs, demonstrating technological solutions, advising on best practices, and ensuring successful implementation and post-sales support to maximize client satisfaction and system performance.

Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.

· Personalise and Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and features relevant to their operations.

· Assist in RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution designs.

· Provide technical expertise during sales discussions, addressing client questions and concerns.

· Customize, Plan and coordinate Proof-of-Concepts and Pilot projects

· Coordinate and facilitate product changes between Sales and Technology teams

· Support clients during the onboarding, installation, and integration of clientl’s technology systems.

· Offer post-sales support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

· Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies.

· Build long-term relationships with clients to identify opportunities for system upgrades and additional solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

· 2-3 years Proven experience in food and beverage technology sales support, consulting, or implementations.

· Strong understanding of POS systems, online ecommerce, payments integration, discount management, inventory management & integration to ERP, CRM systems, and related automations and solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

· Willingness to travel as required.

Candidate Profile:

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related fields.

· Experience: Previous experience in pre- and post-sales consulting or technical support within the food and beverage industry.

· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific systems such as POS, ERP, automation tools, and supply chain solutions.

· Customer Engagement Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver effective presentation, demonstrations and solutions.

· Communication: Clear, confident communicator capable of translating technical details for audiences of different levels from Sales, Finance, and Operations.

· Problem-Solving: Adept at troubleshooting and providing innovative solutions tailored to client challenges.

· Adaptability: Keeps up-to-date with technological advances and industry best practices.

· Additional Skills: Project management, tracking of deliverables and timelines, training, and support capabilities are a Must.

· Social Media Skills: Knowledge and experience on how to run FaceBook and Google Campaigns is an advantage.
