Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and times:
  • Tuesday to Sunday: Afternoon and Evening shifts
• No experience required
• Expected salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month

Customer Service & Operations:

• Receiving guests: Answer phone calls, take reservations, greet guests upon arrival.
• Serving food and beverages: Deliver orders, restock buffet stations, or work behind the bar.
• Assisting guests: Provide menu information, answer questions, handle inquiries.
• Handling customer complaints: Address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the outlet clean, organized, and presentable.

Financial & Inventory Management:

• Cash handling: Process payments, operate cash registers, manage cash flow.
• Inventory control: Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Tallying cash register: Ensure accurate cash counts at the end of each shift.
