Job summary

ABBA OL7 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an attentive operations assistant to learn and support daily F&B outlet activities, from opening to closing shifts and guest service.

You will assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, food cost management, POS daily sales reports, and training of service crew while ensuring hygiene, SOP adherence, and smooth coordination with management. Opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities as you progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily F&B operations.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in daily F&B outlet operations
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Assist with stock ordering, inventory control and food cost management
• Handle POS system and daily sales reports
• Train and guide service crew
• Assist in handling customer feedback and operational issues
• Support promotions and marketing activities
• Ensure company SOPs and policies are followed
• Work closely with the Operations and Management team
• Take on additional responsibilities as you progress
