Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Singapore seeks an experienced restaurant manager with a chef background. [Chef Background Preferred|Mainly On-Site Role]

Work Requirements

  • Frequent visits to restaurant locations to monitor food quality and service standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply of ingredients and materials
  • Focus on peak hours to ensure smooth on-site operations

Working Hours

5 days per week, 5 hours per day

Choose between Lunch Shift (11:00–16:00) or Dinner Shift (18:00–23:00) (negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant outlets and ensure sales targets are met
  • Provide on-site guidance to kitchen and front-of-house staff, optimizing workflows
  • Participate in and supervise food presentation and plating quality
  • Support the implementation of new dishes and promotional activities
  • Handle customer complaints and special requests

Job Requirements

  • Chef background preferred (Chinese/Western/Japanese or other international cuisines), with hands-on kitchen management experience
  • Familiar with restaurant operations and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving skills

Compensation

Part-time probation period: SGD 1,600–2,000/month

Upon confirmation: Base salary + Profit-sharing mechanism (specific terms negotiable)
