F&B Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of operating and financial budget
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and overall performance
• Oversee labor, maintenance, supplies, etc.
• Ensure good rapport with vendors and business partnerships

Requirements

• Min Diploma in F&B, hospitality or related field
• Min 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiating skills and knowledge of lease documents
• Class 3 driving license with own vehicle
