Company Details:

F&B Group in Singapore founded by a Korean Businessman. Offers a wide variety of Korean cuisine through its various brands, ranging from fine dining to fast food, which makes it quite versatile in catering to different tastes and dining preferences.

Working Details:

Alternative 5/6 days per week (6 off days per month)

Daily 9 hours of working

Split Shift - 2hours break

Location : Somerset / Orchard / Telok Ayer

Job Responsibility:

• Support in managing daily food and beverage operations.

• Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels of food and beverages.

• Ensure stock rotation and prevent wastage.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.

• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in maintaining a positive dining experience.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in regular checks for cleanliness and safety in all areas.

• Others ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements :

• Degree in any fields of study

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking international customers

• Passion in F&B / Hospitality industry

• Able to work on weekend

• Able to accept long hour standing

• Well-groomed and customer service-oriented.

• 1st year bond required
